This Shipping Policy explains how Aerovant delivers orders placed through this website.
Delivery coverage
We currently deliver within India. Delivery availability depends on your location and the size of the product ordered.
Dispatch and timelines
Many of our products are large industrial equipment. Dispatch and delivery timelines depend on the product, quantity and destination, and are confirmed to you after your order is received.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges depend on product size, weight, quantity and delivery location. They are shown at checkout or confirmed in your quotation. For bulk or project orders, please contact us for a delivery quote.
Inspection on delivery
Please inspect your package on delivery. If you notice damage or a missing item, note it on the delivery receipt where possible and tell us promptly through the Contact page with photographs.
Installation
Unless agreed in writing, delivery does not include installation. Large equipment such as HVLS fans should be installed by qualified personnel.
Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, weather, access restrictions or events outside our control do not make us liable for loss arising from the delay.
